I did my first Bikini Competition July 8, 2017 Battle on the Bay. As I was preparing for this competition my body experienced different great changes. I started working out when I was 17 years old. I did CrossFit for a year and incorporated some gym workouts as well. But never really had a diet until I thought about participating in a Body Building competition. I then started going to Ultimate Fitness Center where I started to meet people that would do Bodybuilding competitions. And I started to get more interest in this sport. I met great new people that helped me a lot. And well I then found out about Brandon Arnold that he is a very great nutritionist. That helped people prepare for competitions naturally, and I started receiving his help. It was a great experience the meal plans are great I learned so much from Brandon. During my prep time, I was afraid of eating foods, but then Brandon guided me in the right direction. I got to work with a variety of foods to incorporate in my meals. And I am thankful that I took this Natural process for my first bikini competition. It is important to take care of your body, and having this big help is a huge start. Because your nutrition is important. And food plays a big impact during your prep time. To do everything naturally, and not adding bad supplements to your body. It was a very good experience, and I placed 5 th but I am glad I participated and gained great experience to do better on future competitions.
