IRON UNITY was established with the goal of providing an educative, supportive, and encouraging community for current/future strength and physique athletes as well as individuals seeking to become a stronger, leaner, healthier, more fit version of themselves by means of evidence-based information, attentive coaching, and community support. Training Details
Making the decision to compete can be very challenging to both a first time competitor and those that have made that journey before. A well qualified, experienced coach could make that task less difficult. I take the title of "Coach" very serious. This is not simply making macronutrient adjustments and modifications to a training regimen. My objectives as a coach are to: provide mentorship, good communication, build relationships, accountability, and set realistic expectations. Weekly and daily check ins, nutritional modifications, training schedule updates, cardio protocols, posing practice, and supplement recommendations are all provided to ensure a successful contest prep and ultimately a long and successful career as a competitive athlete.
As an online nutrition coach my role is to educate how nutrition impacts your health, physique, and athletic performance. I formulate nutrition protocols that are sustainable and practical. All nutrition programs will be laid out in a way that ensures adherence and success. Weekly updates and unlimited access are provided.
Following the appropriate training protocol that best meets your needs and goals can make a tremendous difference in your rate of progress, break through plateaus, and bring new enjoyment to your workouts. The appropriate periodized training program can be just what is needed to get on the right track to building muscle, gaining strength, and improving athletic performance.
Since 2004 I have done my due diligence as a trainer to accumulate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to design and implement safe and effective training programs for a wide spectrum of individuals. My job is to motivate, instruct, and assist people to reach personal health and fitness goals. I will provide specific training methods that best accommodate: enhancing mobility, increasing strength, building muscle and improving athletic performance.
